What's new.
We ship most days. These are the changes a customer would notice, newest first.
- Sending
Sending pauses on public holidays by itself
Settings → Send pauses: your campaigns stop on your market's public holidays and start again the day after. Holidays for Turkey, the US, the UK and Germany come ready, your own market's on by default. Switch any off, or add your own dates for an offsite or a quiet week.
- Signals
Documents and website visits, in their new place
Two new tabs under Signals. Documents: who read your proposal or deck, for how long and how far. Website: whether the small code on your site works, the leads who came back and the pages they read. Both explain how they work in three steps.
- Replies
A first email to a referred person that says what it is about
When a reply points you to a colleague, the first email to them reads what you wrote to the person who referred them and explains the topic in concrete terms. Turkish emails address people as Enes Bey or Selin Hanım, in the subject too.
- Lists
Uncertain emails get a second check
Catch-all and unknown addresses go through a second, deeper verification in every workspace, including those verifying on their own Reoon account. Fewer people are dropped as risky and fewer emails bounce.
- Pipeline
Name your own stages
In Settings, give each stage your own name and hide the ones you do not use from the board. Reports and billing stay the same.
- Pricing
New plans, priced by channel
Email €199, LinkedIn €199, Email + LinkedIn €349 a month, and Agency partner €990 with five client workspaces. Every paid plan has the full AI SDR and unlimited users. Plan credits renew monthly; credits you buy or earn never expire. The trial is 14 days, and when it ends without a payment you move to a Free plan instead of being locked out.
- Help
A new help center
One help center, laid out like the app's menu, plus credits, roles, integrations, when things run, a glossary and FAQ. It shows only what your workspace has and reads in Turkish when your interface is Turkish.
- Fixes
Security and logic fixes
Tighter permissions for reps restricted to their own leads, admin-only workspace settings, phone notifications sent only through browser push services, and a round of fixes to briefs, templates, come-back lists and meeting counts.
- Language
A consistent Turkish interface
The Turkish interface uses one word for each thing and the siz form everywhere. Reports, the calendar, forms, help articles, credit history and list names the AI SDR makes now read in Turkish too, with Turkish dates and counts.
- Lists
Set up a list and its campaign by describing it
Write who you want to reach in your own words. TechSales asks only what it does not already know from your company profile and results, then shows an editable brief with the credits it will take. One confirmation finds the people, prepares the list and writes the campaign, then stops at Review and start. Nothing is sent before that.
- Campaigns
Recipes and copy templates
Save a brief as a recipe to use again, or let the AI SDR refill a channel from it. Save any campaign's copy, including copy pulled from Instantly or HeyReach, as a template and start a new campaign from it, as it is or adapted by AI.
- Audience
Stop targeting segments that never book
Reports lists industries, job functions and seniorities with 30 or more replies and no meeting. One click leaves them out of every persona search, the AI SDR's included, and can be undone. From 100 replies, a weekday-by-hour view of when replies arrive suggests a sending window.
- Replies
Come-back lists and the right person
Each month a come-back list is drafted with people who said "not now" 3 to 12 months ago, with a message that mentions the earlier conversation; nothing goes out until you start it. When a reply says you reached the wrong person, Find the right person searches that company with your personas' titles.
- Lists
Prepare list: one panel, run on our servers
Tidy, sort out, gender, ICP fit, find emails, verify, LinkedIn activity, company data and opening lines run as one job with a cost per step and an estimate before you start. Each list's market is detected (Turkey, DACH, UK, US, France, Nordics and Benelux, Gulf) and the cleaning and greeting checks follow it.
- Sending
Best fits are sent first
Lists go to Instantly or HeyReach with people scoring ICP 60 or more first, so when the daily limit runs out they are the ones already reached.
- Reports
Pipeline value and sending health
Reports shows meetings booked, open deal value and won value by campaign, list, channel or persona, with deal values from HubSpot or entered by hand. A Sending health tab shows each mailbox's warm-up, bounce rate and daily limit, and each LinkedIn sender's acceptance rate.
- Meetings
Meeting requests get a time
Meeting requests still waiting after a day are listed on Today with a reply offering two free times and your booking link, ready to send. A meeting with a lead on your Google or Outlook calendar moves the lead to Meeting Booked by itself.
- Contacts
A contact's page shows everything we did
The ICP score and where it comes from, whether and how the email was verified, LinkedIn activity, what list preparation changed, every list the person was in and the outcome.
- Safety
Every send checked the same way
Before a list's first send, people already reached, already in another list or on Do Not Contact are taken out, even when the AI SDR starts it. A campaign does not start with empty steps or empty fields. Adding someone to Do Not Contact also stops them in running campaigns.
- Replies
Answer on the channel they wrote
When someone you emailed writes back on LinkedIn, your answer goes to that LinkedIn conversation, and back to email if they write by email next. A LinkedIn account that signs out is caught within 15 minutes, with a Reconnect row on Today.
- Platform
A new look and simpler settings
A new design and mark: teal for what is running, yellow only where something waits for your decision. Today opens with Waiting for you, and Settings starts with a summary of every connection, your plan and your credits.
- Onboarding
Your outbound, in twenty seconds
A new workspace's first screen reads your website and shows what the company does, the three buyers to reach first and a first cold email. One click keeps the three buyers as your ICP.
- Signals
See who opened your documents and visited your site
A contact's page shows every document they opened, how long they read, and the days they came to your site with the pages they saw. Each open and visit by a known lead is also a signal.
- Reports
A shorter menu and four report tabs
The menu is four groups: Replies, Outreach, Results and Setup. Reports has four tabs, each answering one question, and replies, positive replies and meetings are counted one way on every screen and in every email.
- Safety
Bey or Hanım checked in every email before it goes out
Before a campaign is created on Instantly, Smartlead or HeyReach, every step and every A/B version is read for the form of address. A women's list with a "Bey" left in step four, or a copy that mixes both, is stopped and the steps to fix are named.
- Safety
Your own customers stay out of your outbound
When someone replies "we already work with you", their company and its domain go on your Do Not Contact list, so no other list or running sequence writes to them again. Do Not Contact also catches spelling and domain variants: "Anex" now stops "AnexTour" and anyone at anextour.com.
- AI SDR
Capacity read the way your tools really send
Each mailbox's and LinkedIn seat's own daily limit is read from Instantly and HeyReach every day. Weekends you do not send on no longer count as unused capacity, and mailboxes on slow ramp count at what they can send today, so the AI SDR starts the next list at the right moment.
- Speed
A faster app, in English or Turkish
The first page loads a quarter of the code it used to, list counts come back at once, and the inbox loads in about half the time. The whole interface, messages included, is available in Turkish, with numbers and dates written the Turkish way.
- AI SDR
The AI SDR writes its own copy when there is none to reuse
When a workspace has no proven campaign to copy, the AI SDR writes the sequence with the Campaign Builder, signed with each mailbox's own signature, and shows the cost of the next refill against your weekly cap before it runs.
- Lists
Prepare leads keeps running when you leave the page
Cleaning and verifying a list runs on our side as one job: close the tab and it carries on. Only people still in the send are verified, and launching approves the list in place.
- Assistant
Ask AI does the work, you confirm
In agency workspaces, Ask AI can now record a payment, move a lead to another stage, add a task or change a client's plan. Every change comes back as a card showing exactly what will happen, and nothing runs until you press Confirm. It also reads onboarding state, credits and unpaid invoices.
- Data
Every lookup priced in credits
LinkedIn searches, post engagers, company and hiring searches and email finding now show one credit cost before they run. No vendor names, no dollar amounts, no second account to open. Bring your own key and the same lookup is free.
- CRM
HubSpot suppression by deal stage and open deals
Pick which HubSpot stages mean 'never cold-email this person', or exclude everyone on an open deal. The reason travels with the contact, so you can see why someone was held back.
- Intelligence
Company Intelligence per product
Companies that sell more than one product keep separate personas, case studies and facts for each, tie every customer to the product they use, and review AI-found facts in one approval queue.
- Lists
From persona to list in one step
Describe the buyer, or ask Ask AI for a list. The agent turns it into search filters with location, shows how many people match and what it costs, and builds the list only when you approve it.
- Campaigns
Copy any campaign, see what works
Copy an existing Instantly or HeyReach campaign onto a new list in one click. A What works view compares personas, copy and channels by the meetings they actually booked.
- Campaigns
Persona campaigns and country playbooks
Lists split by persona and by gender, one campaign per buyer type. Country profiles set message length, call to action, opt-out wording, banned phrases and forms of address.
- Signals
Lead temperature
Recent LinkedIn activity, post engagement and job changes add up to a warmth score. Inactive profiles are skipped before a LinkedIn step wastes a connection request.
- Sequences
Email and LinkedIn on one timeline
Cross-channel sequences launch with one approval. A reply on either channel stops the other, so nobody gets a follow-up after they have already answered.
- Platform
Mobile app, push alerts, and all AI on Claude
Install the workspace on your phone and get a push the moment a lead replies or a meeting is booked. Classification, drafting and research now all run on Anthropic's Claude models.
- Mailboxes
Send from your own Gmail or Microsoft 365
Connect a Google or Microsoft account to answer from your real address and pull meetings from your calendar.
- Meetings
Reminders and meeting outcomes
Reminders go out before every booked call, reschedules are caught, and the owner is asked for the outcome right after, which moves the deal in the pipeline.
- Intelligence
AI-built company profiles
Point it at your website and documents and it drafts your products, ideal customer profile, personas and case studies, each with the source it came from. Prospect companies get a full research profile with an ICP fit.
- Agency
One inbox across every client
Agencies read and answer replies from all their workspaces in one place. Each sending tool's campaign settings are mirrored one to one, so nothing gets lost between the app and the tool.
- Replies
Reply Engine with Manual, Copilot and Autopilot
Every reply is classified and a response drafted in your voice. Keep a human on every send, approve drafts, or let it answer the routine ones by itself.
- Lists
List Intelligence
A processing panel on every list: names and titles cleaned in place, invalid and risky emails held back, an ICP score with a reason, and a clear count of who is ready to send.
