Integrations
Integrations: your tools, your keys.
TechSales runs the tools you already have, and covers the jobs you would otherwise buy separately: people data, email finding and verification, list cleaning, copywriting, one reply Inbox and reporting. Sending stays on your own Instantly or Smartlead and HeyReach accounts, and HubSpot stays your CRM. These pages say exactly what each connection does and what moves in which direction.
In short
- Every integration is bring-your-own-key: work runs on your contracts, your limits and your data.
- Keys are pasted under Settings, Connections, tested against the provider before saving and stored encrypted.
- Email sending: Instantly or Smartlead. LinkedIn: HeyReach or Dripify. CRM: HubSpot. Data: Apollo and Apify, plus imports from Clay and Google Sheets. Meetings: Calendly, Gmail and Microsoft 365 calendars. Assistants: Claude and ChatGPT.
- Work that runs on your own key uses no TechSales credits.
TechSales and InstantlyInstantly sends your cold email; TechSales decides who gets it, writes and sets up the campaign in your Instantly account, and brings every reply back into one Inbox.
TechSales and SmartleadIf your team sends cold email with Smartlead, TechSales can set up campaigns there and bring replies into the same Inbox as your LinkedIn conversations. A workspace uses either Smartlead or Instantly for email.
TechSales and HeyReachHeyReach sends LinkedIn connection requests and messages from your team's accounts. TechSales picks who should get LinkedIn, sets up the HeyReach campaign, brings LinkedIn replies into the Inbox and stops LinkedIn steps when someone answers your email.TechSales and HubSpotHubSpot stays your CRM. TechSales keeps your customers and open deals out of cold outreach, and creates the contact and deal in HubSpot when a lead books a meeting.
TechSales and ApolloApollo is where many teams find people. TechSales can search it, reveal only the contacts you approve and send them straight into list preparation, on your own Apollo key or on TechSales credits.
GmailTechSales with Gmail and Microsoft 365Connect your own Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account to send a reply from your real mailbox and let TechSales see the meetings on your calendar. Campaigns never go out through it.
TechSales and CalendlyWhen a lead replies 'Thursday at 14:00 works', TechSales can check your real Calendly availability and book it, and it marks the lead Meeting Booked when someone books through your link.
TechSales and ApifyApify runs the LinkedIn data jobs behind TechSales: people search, profile enrichment, activity checks, post engagers, hiring and job changes. Bring your own Apify token, or use TechSales credits.TechSales and DripifyIf your team runs LinkedIn outreach in Dripify, TechSales builds and prepares the list and puts its people into the Dripify campaign you choose. The campaign and its sequence stay in Dripify, because Dripify's API cannot create or start them.
ClaudeAsk Claude or ChatGPT about your pipelineConnect TechSales to Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant that supports MCP, and ask about your leads, campaigns, capacity and credits in the chat you already use. The answers come from your workspace's live data.
Import lists from Clay and Google SheetsIf you build lists in Clay or keep them in a Google Sheet, bring them into a TechSales list as they are. TechSales then cleans, verifies and sends them like any other list.
Frequently asked questions
- Do I still need Apollo, Instantly or HeyReach?
- Apollo: no. People search can run on TechSales' managed data source, paid with credits; connect your own Apollo key only if you already pay for it. Instantly (or Smartlead) and HeyReach: yes, for now. TechSales plugs into them and sends from your own mailboxes and LinkedIn seats; sending accounts from TechSales (LinkedIn sender seats for your own profile, mailboxes with domains) are coming soon. Email finding, verification, list cleaning, copywriting, the reply Inbox and reporting are built in and need no separate subscription.
- Which integrations does TechSales support?
- Instantly, Smartlead, HeyReach, Dripify, HubSpot, Apollo, Gmail and Microsoft 365, Calendly, Apify, Clay and Google Sheets, and Claude and ChatGPT, each covered on a page here. Lists can also come from a CSV file, and Slack can receive a message when a meeting is booked.
- Is there a lemlist integration?
- No. For a comparison, see TechSales vs lemlist.
- Who can connect a tool?
- A workspace admin. If our team runs outbound for you, we connect the tools.
- Where are my keys stored?
- In an encrypted secret store, referenced rather than held in the application table, and never shown back in the interface. See Security.
