Which plan do I need?
The one for the channels you sell on: LinkedIn, Email, or Email + LinkedIn if you want both in one sequence, where a reply on one channel stops the other. Agencies running outbound for their own clients take Agency / Partner.
Is the AI SDR included?
Yes, in every plan: Off, Prepare (it builds the list and campaign and you press Start) and Run on its own (it starts campaigns that reuse a persona and copy that already worked, within your weekly credit cap).
How do credits work?
Each plan includes credits every month for data work such as finding and verifying emails. Plan credits expire at the end of each monthly cycle; credits you buy or earn never expire. Work on your own provider keys uses no credits.
How do I earn free credits?
By setting up: filling in My company, connecting a sending tool and a mailbox, preparing your first list, starting your first campaign and inviting teammates. Together they earn up to 1,200 credits, once each.
Do I need my own Instantly or HeyReach?
For now, yes: TechSales sends through your own sending tools. Soon you can also get your sending accounts from us, for less than they cost elsewhere: a LinkedIn sender seat for your own profile at €69 a month, and mailboxes at €5 a month each with domain, setup and warm-up included (at least 6).
What does an agency get on Agency / Partner?
A workspace for each client, 5 included and €99 a month for each one more. You switch between them from your own login, every workspace has both channels and the AI SDR, and the plan's credits are split evenly across your agency's workspace and your client workspaces at each renewal. An Agency console shows every client workspace side by side, read-only. There is no white-label yet: your clients' workspaces carry the TechSales name.
