Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the TechSales platform and any managed service we provide alongside it. By creating an account or signing an order you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind it.

Every paid plan includes the whole platform, the AI SDR, unlimited users and unlimited products. Plans differ by the channels they send on and the plan credits they include each month: LinkedIn, €199 per month (2,500 plan credits); Email, €199 per month (2,500 plan credits); Email + LinkedIn, €349 per month (5,000 plan credits, with multi-touch sequences across both channels); and Agency / Partner, €990 per month (15,000 plan credits shared across five client workspaces, and €99 per month for each further client workspace). Prices exclude VAT. A change of plan applies from the change; an upgrade during a cycle adds the difference in plan credits straight away.

Trial. Access is by invitation. A new workspace gets a 14-day trial with 250 starting credits, and can earn more by completing setup steps. When a trial or a paid plan ends without a renewal, the workspace moves to a limited free tier: your data stays, and sending stops until a plan is chosen.

Sending accounts (LinkedIn accounts and mailboxes) are not included in a plan. Until we offer them ourselves, you send through your own sending tools and accounts.

Campaign approval stays with you. Nothing is sent from your accounts that you have not approved, or that you have not set the AI SDR to run on its own within the limits you choose.

TechSales Credits pay for enrichment and verification across every provider we orchestrate. Published costs: 1 credit per email verification, 3 for a catch-all second pass, 8 for company research, and 8 for LinkedIn profile enrichment. Operations running on your own provider key cost nothing.

Reserved, then reconciled. Credits are held before a run and refunded for whatever it did not consume. If a run matches nothing or fails, you are not charged for what never happened. A row with no address to check is never submitted and so is never charged at all.

Plan credits arrive with each monthly cycle and expire at the end of it; they are used first. Credits you buy or earn do not expire. Credits are not transferable between accounts and are not redeemable for cash. The published cost of an operation can change; if it does, the change applies to runs after the change, never retroactively.

The price list you see in the product before a run is the price that run is charged at.

There is no minimum term on any plan. You can cancel at any time and the plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund part-months, and we do not lock you into an annual commitment to get the monthly price.

Your data remains exportable throughout, and for 30 days after cancellation, after which the workspace is deleted.

You are the data controller for everything you put into your workspace. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact the people on your lists, for honouring opt-outs, and for complying with the marketing and anti-spam rules that apply where your recipients are.

You are responsible for your own provider accounts and keys, and for staying within those providers' terms. We will not use the platform to do something on your behalf that your provider forbids.

You may not use the platform to send unlawful, deceptive or harassing messages, to impersonate anyone, or to build or sell a contact database out of the enrichment we orchestrate.

The platform depends on services we do not control: Apollo, Instantly, HeyReach, HubSpot, Calendly and the enrichment providers. When one of them is down, rate-limits you, or changes its API, the steps that depend on it will not run. We will tell you when that is what has happened rather than letting it look like a silent failure.

We do not guarantee a specific volume of replies, meetings or revenue. Outbound is not deterministic, and anyone promising you a number is selling you something else.

The service is provided as-is to the extent the law allows. Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits or lost business. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law, and the courts of Porto have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or data protection rights you have where you live.

We may change these terms. If a change materially affects you we will give notice by email before it takes effect, and you may cancel if you do not accept it.
